When I bake twice

There are some minis I can't make with only one baking. The meats with bones definitely fall into this category. The ribs are made on a wood rod, so they easily get the curved shape. The tiny chicken leg bones are built on a piece of wire, then afetr baking I put the "flesh" onto the bone. This way I don't have to worry about the bones to be pressed during the work.

  12. Hi Bozse! I am Amazed at the caliber of work that you do! These meat and chicken dishes are INCREDIBLE! The roast chicken is so succulent and looks juicy and delicious! You have been able to get just the right amount of crispiness to the skin without it looking burnt! I love the roast potatoes that are also in the roasting pan. Did you make that pan as well? What a
