Sweets of Colors

I'm in sweet fever! Nowadays I make individual pastries in various colors and shapes. As I looked at my works a logo emerged out of my mind. I sat to my pc and created my patisserie, Sweets of Colors.




It would be great making a pastry showcase!
I have many embarrassing problem with cream piping. I made some star shaped piping heads from various materials, but the results were mostly awful! Although I prefer creating my own tools now I coludn't choose but ordering piping heads from Miniature Sweets on Etsy.

I made some ornaments for my miniature Christmas tree. The tree is still under construction. I hope it would be ready soonly!

    Bozse, I LOVE everything! The pastries are so incredible and I really like your logo that came to your head! It is wonderful! The ornaments for the tree and the boxes you have made are perfect. I love the spiral ornaments! Your tree will look amazing! The figs are so realistic too!
    For piping you need to buy a PME 42 star(open rope) tip. They come from England. They are the perfect tip to use. I think they can be found on ebay once in awhile too. From what I have learned from some of the food makers is for the frosting, you use some texture paste from Delta and add some corn starch to it to stiffen it up a little bit. I keep a jar of hot water by me so when I am done my tip goes into it so I can clean it really good before the paste dries and ruins the tip. Also, don't clean them in your sink as you might ruin your pipes from the texture cream!
