My bakery is working all day! This my Danish collection. Some of the names are my own fantasy creation.

Plum branch

After the cherry branch I tried to develop my technique. I made a more complicated wire base for the branch and applicated more leaves onto it.

New danish pastries

I added new pieces to my danish pastry repertoire. I filled some pastries with apple slices and pear morsels. I also make experiments with vegetable filled tarts and crescents filled with poppy seed cream. I'll be back the news about them!

Cherry

I had already made cherries with stems and leaves, so it was the time to assemble a cherry branch, too. It was more complicated than I thought... Now I need only 2 or 3 years and I will have a whole cherry tree!

My mother's chicken broth

Do you remember my white tureen? It was waiting on my window sill patiently up today. I was even ashamed whenever I looked at it. This morning at last I filled it with all the foods you need for the best chicken soup. I used Still Water (modelling water) for the soup. I would have got better result with cast resin, but no way to open the resin box in the house! And outside, well, my fingers almost froze even at making the photos. 

How to make miniature wicker basket

This is the time to uncover my big secret of making basket. So I use a very simple yellow wire of 0.4mm width. I use brown acryl paint to get that fine shade of the baskets. If I need an old basket, I use matt paints and chalk powders to cover the shiny surface. The weaving is the same as they use making real size basket.
